The only way to stop these heinous violations of human rights is to hold everyone responsible for them in contempt. It must be done. Then every single person who has participated in these actions needs to be sued personally. Financial ruin is a great motivator to prevent further atrocities.
They have no intention of following the law. Lock a few of those m offers up and deport them!
