I still don't understand why Trump wasn't held responsible for the Jan6 mutiny. All of this could have been avoided and we would still be living in a reasonably sane world...... with the odd exception of course.

I still don’t understand why Guantanamo wasn’t an option and why a Tribunal or FISA Court wasn’t formed to deal with Trump as an enemy of the State.
