- I realize I haven’t posted about my medical sagas here for a bit. Today I had my third dose of Skyrizi. I am very lucky to have a friend who is totally willing to be my injection person 🤣 I would never manage myself. I had a panic attack when I opened my first Dexcom after all! 1/5
- I am thoroughly pissed off at Prime Healthcare. Ever since they bough Ascension they have been doing nothing but fucking up my offices. Today I find out they’re closing my primary’s office in July. Oh and they got rid of most front office staff - the two left are being forced to work 12 hour days

- So, my go-to lunch of late has been a simple stir fry - I get frozen cooked/cleaned shrimp, lobster chunks, sometimes scallops, & cook them up in a pan on the stove. I’ve been playing with different sauces for the seafood mix. Kikkoman makes a great stir fry sauce that adds some potent flavor 1/3

- Tonight’s fun experiment is trying to learn how to use procreate on my iPad to make myself an action figure - without AI. Also without Adobe cuz I’m mad at them. I know how to do what I want in photoshop but I nuked that. I just need to find an eraser maybe… time for googling.
- Update to the saga with the visitation. I went. With my friend, who never met my ex, but who has my back. When we entered the room he asked if my ex was there. It took a moment but then I spotted him. Mostly by his attire (still wearing the same crap as 20 years ago). 1/3

- Been meaning to share the latest in the medical saga. Fun with prescription refills - complicated by provider changes! So just recently, Prime Healthcare acquired Ascension - which is what most of my families’ doctors have been under for a while now. And the change was quick. 1/7
