- We did indeed report that sources say two men attempted to get in. The Capitol Police's denial is in our story already—they also told us that they didn't escort anyone out or block anyone on behalf of the LOC. I haven't been able to confirm whether private security was involved etc.
- When I reached out to Capitol Police earlier, they told me: "We are always there, but we didn’t escort anyone out, or make any arrests, or deny anyone entry, or anything like that." Now Wired is reporting two men did attempt to get in. Something fishy going on here. www.wired.com/story/us-cop...
