- Here’s the thing: every voice actor wants the strike to be over. Do people think we don’t like working? That we want to see roles stripped from us and our peers? Do people think we aren’t ready to JUMP back behind the mic? The strike should end when we get the protections we need. Not a day sooner.

- Empathy is nice, but is not essential. In the UK, we recently went through a two year railway union strike for fair pay. Public support was completely divided. But you knew a strike was on! The entire point of strike action is that it is visibly inconvenient to force the hand of those with power.

- One of the major concerns from anti-strike/anti-union folk is actors losing their roles because of a project flipping from non-union to union. No examples given. But actual replacements of working actors are dismissed as "because they deserved it". Make it make sense.
- If you can withhold work in solidarity with a strike, then you can help encourage better deals for you and your fellow performers. Non-union contracts generally model themselves on union ones. Stronger protections against AI can be and are being offered across the board. Push for fair treatment!

- As a 6ft6 (198cm) Big Boy, normally I’m an XL or even a 2XL, but I felt absolutely baffled to today sample a large (left) and a Medium (right), which I bought a few of! I haven’t worn a Medium since I was about 9, so this is very strange indeed!
