- I actually agree that most schools should prevent the use of phones, computers, AI, etc... For a while, and incentivize manual methods and in-person work before students can slowly move onto using technology by having more difficult challenges.
- I feel like this isn't even that hard or that counter-intutitive. No one is giving kids learning arithmetic a calculator on their first years. They move onto calculators once the time is right and their problems get more difficult. Schools should have this approach about every technology tbh
- Then it should in fact be part of the learning approach to learn how to use these technologies more effectively rather than passively. Full bans aren't sustainable, so the culture of learning should focus on incentivizing the actual process.
