- BURLINGTON (CN) — A Vermont federal judge on Friday ordered Turkish Tufts University doctoral candidate Rumeysa Ozturk to be immediately released on bail from ICE custody after six weeks of detention following her arrest by six masked plainclothes federal agents near her home in Massachusetts.
