Always has been. Reagan’s “first commandment” was “Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow Republican.” One of the few things elected Dems should take from the GOP is to ALWAYS pivot from any criticism of fellow Dems to Trump/GOP. Attack, attack, attack—the Republicans.
