Today, I’m in Birmingham for the 2025 Cellular Agriculture Social Sciences Symposium! I can now say I’ve held cultivated meat (though I still haven’t eaten it). My presentation is on whether there is (or should be) ‘a philosophy of cellular agriculture’.
