I hate DC land use so much sometimes because how are you taking an *empty field* next to the Brookland Metro & only putting a 6 story building with no retail & *54 parking spots*. This is so close to the metro you’ll be able to watch trains arrive. Should be much denser at least
May 14, 2025 00:42I remember the mass neighborhood exodus when they initially planned that. That block used to be a great neighborhood gathering place. Sad they dithered so long on it.
Bad planning. We've a low income housing development with limited parking nearing completion.
