I've left television in favor of novels and features - whatever promise was there as an artform has been killed by these folks, and I just can't make it make sense to try there any longer. Never say never, but for now, I'm out.
This is such a fascinating (and also kind of sad) read about the slow corporate death of creativity and some of the people fighting against it
