This is basically the message I am attempting to get out: ALL OF US are living in dark times. EACH of us, no matter what our “political views” are, need to ask ourselves… “Am I contributing to that darkness?” Or, “Am I extending my light to pour love into society?

We will get through this. It won’t be easy and we’ll be profoundly changed but we will build back better. We have to stay strong and keep pushing. This is our effing country too.

Maybe it didnt come across but I was basically trying to say that our species is capable of so much, but how we have behaved throughout history makes me think there is some sorcerer in some other dimension that put a curse on us or something, I mean not literally but yaknow

yeah, very true, and their aggression often results with them getting into positions of power

maybe the purpose of humanity is to learn how to overcome this

yeah, im speaking more historically and currently. I have some hope for the future, though I have less hope for extreme positive change in my lifetime than i used to, now im just hoping for things to atleast start going in a positive direction. We just gotta escape whatever this cycle is
