- Anyhow, hello from the Kseniiya Petrova hearing in Vermont. I'm actually hear but watching from outside the courtroom so I can use my laptop.
- #cambma budget hearings are resuming today but I'm in Vermont for immigration stuff (Petrova hearing), even though it might be a mistake to be here, and maybe I'll just watch Petrova's hearing on Zoom even though I'm here.

- GR: Ask for the the term biological. Apologize for footnote. 9 CFR 101.2. Did secure an expert from a customs expert. Have confirmation it's not a biological material. All scientists I spoke with, confirm not dangerous.

- Wow. I'm in federal court for Ercelik v. Hyde, the Amherst student w/ state criminal charges (dismissed this morning) where ICE camped outside his apartment for a month trying to arrest him. He wants to leave on a flight for Turkey@9:35pm, ICE wants to hold him for weeks/months before removing him.

- THURSDAY EVENING #ERCELIK UPDATE: We have the Court's 31-page opinion (11:02pm). Judge Kelley finds Ercelik's immigration detention was punitive, and thus constitutionally prohibited.
