  Seeing videos be like "AI would be cool if capitalism wasn't a thing" and like, yeah dude maybe but we live in this world and not that one. This shit can't exist in a bubble. It sucks, and no amount of what ifs will change that.

    i've just gotten increasingly sick of posts like "this objectively evil thing is probably bad, but i'm just tired of people uncritically hating it" sometimes things just suck, man. this is a post about AI
