- Unpopular opinion: Andor is easily, by leaps and bounds, the best storytelling in the Star Wars universe. You can fit a Kessel run between it and whether you think is in second place.
- Unpopular? I thought Andor’s primacy was the consensus view.
- Oh, I know several lifelong fans who will die on the hill that nothing will be or can ever be better than Empire.
- I haven’t watched the final 3 eps yet so reserve the right to change my mind but 9 episodes in to S2 I think #Andor is possibly the best TV show I’ve ever seen. The Kid, who was of course raised during the streaming era, is on record as saying it’s the best streaming show she’s ever watched.

- Yeah, it definitely transcends the IP it was born out of.
- It’s not The Americans, but 10 episodes in it’s easily top ten all-time for me. Characters, plot, world building, and doing the almost impossible balance of new & linking to the existing canon.

- Ep. 10 that dropped tonight is an all-timer episode of television. In the conversation with Two Cathedrals, Buffy's The Body, and that one episode of The Last of Us. Maybe not quite at that level, but damned close.
