View full threadAnd I guess Trump is uniquely untethered from norms, from his party, from basic ethics. It's awful to watch America being dragged down this path. Hopefully there will be a reckoning in the future.
- Trump's schtick is giving norms the middle finger which his cult followers love. Congress & WH aides & cabinet members put some brakes on him during his 1st term, but Repubs now are complete greedy asskissers. They won't care until they're voted out of office. It's so awful.
- An admin that (laughingly) claims it's going after universities b/c they of antisemitism is thrilled to accept a $400 mill "gift" from pro-Hamas Qatar.
