- okay!! i just did BA 7 months ago and the number one thing is gonna be finding a comfortable sleeping position! they should have told you you can't sleep on your front or side, but at least i didn't know that sleeping flat on your back isn't good either. you want to sleep sitting up!
- if you have a good reclining armchair that you can sleep in without rolling onto your side that would be good, i didn't so i sorta made a cushy backrest + armrests out of pillows and stuffies. a very firm one of those back+armrest pillows would probably work too. you'll need it for about a week
