- 1/ Just to clear this up: I never threatened to sue Gretchen Felker-Martin. Rather, I posted, on Substack, that I wanted GFM to stop constantly tweeting disturbingly violent and sexually explicit fantasies about me, and I stand by it.
- 2/ This is just really sick stuff and it is unfortunate GFM still has not gotten help.
- A lot of people on this site seem deeply angry and unhappy, and the posting and posting and posting just makes them more so -- it doesn't bring any relief.
- 2/ Twitter is the same, of course, but there a lot of the unhappiness is directed toward migrants and critics of Trump. But it's fundamentally all the same mental health problems and same addictions and forms of faux catharsis.

- I guess I'm just not seeing the never-work-again crime here, especially because there's some slippage between what she wrote and what you're saying: surely she'd agree showrunners have a lot of control over series, sometimes? But not a big deal
- I think the upside is that it will collapse under the weight of its own craziness in terms of the company's ability to come up with any sort of revenue model, but we'll see!

- I've never, anywhere, come close to calling for youth gender medicine to be banned, or for research on it to be banned. If Wong is unfamiliar with my work she shouldn't post about me, and if she's simply lying, she should stop. She writes for The Guardian, not some obscure blog.
