This is why end-users hate IT/security teams.
I am an IT worker and this happens to me too.
We use a third party for security scanning emails. If I use our web-based email client, it doesn’t have the right “report phishing” button. But it does have one. If I use it, it will trigger a positive failure and I’ll end up on the list.

Our webmail is simply missing the plugin that we use. But someone who doesn’t realize that and just sees a “Report Phishing” button is highly likely to push it.
