- FOUND actress Gabrielle Walsh recommends visiting "the hidden beaches of Puerto Rico. We explored caves, saw sea urchins and just enjoyed the culture in a way that felt close to the heart of the island. Puerto Rico and its people are lovely."
- "I feel beyond grateful and honored to represent the Mexican, immigrant and curvy community on this stage. Growing up, I never saw someone like myself on Broadway." -Florencia Cuenca of "Real Women Have Curves: The Musical" from yesterday's Sunday @chicagotribune.com
- Dealing with litigation could've been a career-ender for former Fifty Fifty members SAENA, SIO & ARAN. But instead, the determined trio formed ablume, got counseling and released their debut single ECHO, which rings of truth, joy & resilience. My latest interview for K-Cᴜʟᴛᴜʀᴇ Wɪᴛʜ Jᴀᴇ-Hᴀ Kɪᴍ.👇
- “I’m still scared sometimes, and there’s so much I’m still learning. But one thing I know for sure is that I feel freer and stronger than ever. For the first time, I’m not hiding. I’m finally moving toward what I really want — not what I think people expect from me.” —BAIN (of JUST B)
- "I finally feel like I have a message, which is that our uniqueness, weirdness & quirks – the things that maybe you were bullied for as a kid – are actually our unique superpower. And that’s what I try to get across in ‘Dawn of a Misfit.’" -Kevin Olusola of Pentatonix 🔗 www.msn.com/en-us/music/...
- My interview with the girl group VVS is in the Sunday @chicagotribune.com today.
- I stopped in at an open house today and there were no shoe booties at the door, so I asked the realtor if he'd like me to take my shoes off. He said yes. I don't wear shoes in my own home, so this wasn't an issue. But I noticed that he kept his shoes on, and they weren't house shoes. 🤷🏻♀️

- OMG Keanu and Sandra are going to star in another film together! I'm overly excited about this!
- "If it was just my song with only me on it, I would have been OK with releasing this song right away. But with RM on it, it’s a different story. I worried about how it could impact him. I didn’t want him to be harmed in any way.” —Tablo My latest exclusive for @rollingstone.com. #TABLOxRM #STR
- Before April gets away from me, I wanted to share my interview with KiiiKiii (which already ran online: see link below). But it also ran in print (in abbreviated form) in the April issue of @rollingstone.com. 🔗 www.rollingstone.com/music/music-...

- "I’ve returned to Nigeria several times! I was back there recently & invited a dear friend from college to join me for a week. We had so much fun trying cool cafes and restaurants around Lagos. It’s such a wonderful and vibrant city." - UWADE in the Sunday @chicagotribune.com
- "I feel beyond grateful and honored to represent the Mexican, immigrant and curvy community on this stage. Growing up, I never saw someone like myself on Broadway. The first time I felt actually represented was with Sara Ramírez in 'Spamalot.'” -Florencia Cuenca
- WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU TANGERINES is a beautifully-executed slice-of-life #KDrama that spans the decades-long relationship between Ae-sun—who wanted to escape Jeju-do & become a poet in Seoul—and Gwan-sik, who wanted nothing more than for Ae-sun to love him back. My latest review. 👇
- What is the longest short movie you've watched? I'll go first: the 2024 film TRAP, starring Josh Hartnett. It's 1h45m but honestly felt like it ran for 3 hours at a minimum.
- My interview with The dB's @halfpear.bsky.social (Peter Holsapple) in the Sunday @chicagotribune.com . 🎸
- In Hangul, yadang/야당 refers to an informant or a snitch. Since opening in Korean theaters at the #1 spot, Yᴀᴅᴀɴɢ: Tʜᴇ Sɴɪᴛᴄʜ has remained in the top position. Ahead of the film’s 4/25 opening in the US & Canada, Kang Ha-neul and Park Hae-joon discuss their film with K-Cᴜʟᴛᴜʀᴇ Wɪᴛʜ Jᴀᴇ-Hᴀ Kɪᴍ.👇
- VVS's TEA is accompanied by a cinematic noir music video that includes sword fights, roundhouse kicks and gun battles. With stunts choreographed by “John Wick” action director Koji Kawamoto, the video showcases the quintet’s versatility as both singers and performers.👇 🔗 www.msn.com/en-us/entert...
- Masaki Okada is joining Lee Dong-wook on the upcoming second season of the #KDrama A SHOP FOR KILLERS!
- “Start-Up” has a second male lead (Kim Seon-ho, “When Life Gives You Tangerines”) who is so charismatic that his storyline often overshadows that of the very handsome lead (Nam Joo-hyuk). But it’s important to remember that the arcs for both men revolve around the leading lady: Suzy. #KDrama
- "My earliest memories involve being surrounded by family in Nigeria. When I am in Nigeria, I have this deep sense that I am less an individual and more a member of a network of shared understanding and negotiated belonging." —UWADE 🔗 www.msn.com/en-us/travel...
- My interview with Five for Fighting is in Sunday newspapers today, including my hometown outlet, the @chicagotribune.com!
- Kang Ha-neul stars in FORGOTTEN, a film that tackles murder, memory loss & mayhem in a clever way w/ twisty turns. It centers on 2 brothers, neither of whom are as they seem, and a tragedy that ties them together. (Available on @netflix.com)
- Sent something via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesday, was supposed to arrive on Friday. It sat at the Chicago post office until Friday morning, when it began to slowly move. It's now in California. It's not supposed to be in California. I should've sent it by UPS or FedEx. Lesson learned. 🤷
- I found some of my old report cards and I had good grades, but my kindergarten teacher wrote that I could work harder on "listening for enjoyment" and "playing well with others." Ma'am, I didn't speak English yet and many kids didn't want to play with the foreigner. It all worked out OK. 🧵
- So excellent. @edsolomon.bsky.social, @alexwinter.com and Keanu in London.
- Jae: What was your 1st The dB’s show like? halfpear.bsky.social: [It] was a Halloween multi-band bill at Irving Plaza in New York. We were in the middle of the lineup and, unfortunately, we were just terrible! Went back to rehearsals, came out six months later ready to headline.
- I was just minding my own business and then this happened. Noel Gallagher of OASIS shared a photo of him (that I shot) reading a book (that I wrote). I don't know. That's a decent flex, yes? ☺️ 🔗 www.instagram.com/p/DIJzLVMNumk/ #NoelGallagher #Oasis #BritPop
