- Whichever party you vote for, it is very reassuring to have a larger number of Green Party MPs in parliament fighting for our climate and nature, keeping the other parties on course. They have done unbelievably well in the last few years.

- Yes, I just question the initial angle of the press release as problems. However it was created encouraged all media outlets to start from a negative position. What it needed was a celebration that aphids and nature was back.

- Reading back through the method. Other than the seed not being viable, the reason I can see for poor germination is they watered from below and never from above. With tomatoes I do water from above. Potentially some of the seeds didn’t get the water needed for germination - I think this is likely

- I can’t see a control. The only other issue I can spot is that they were all watered from below and never from above so potentially the seeds simply didn’t come into contact with water.
