my reaction to this is not "oh Trump's losing it" it's "the entire point of fascism is that the leader declares reality and everyone else has to follow it".

this is definitely true but the interviewer could have been a lot more explicit instead of the ambiguous "he does have tattoos that could be interpreted that way"
more clearly: "the bottom row of pictures are actually tattoos he has, but the top row with letters and numbers were added to the pic"
It doesn't matter if he's talking nonsense. Unless someone stops them, they make up the rules.
