- I don't have an iPhone, but there are two other features that I was able to draw your attention to: VoiceOver and Speak Screen.

- Another program you can test with is NVDA with aria-label and aria-describedby add-ons installed. It's free of charge, and donations are completely optional.
- I am declared "legally blind", but that doesn't mean I can't see what's on the computer screen. Also, text-to-speech is very hit-or-miss when reading ALT text from image files, especially when it tries to read something in a different language (French, Spanish, Japanese?).
- With that being said, I wish there was a way to go back and add ALT text to images that don't have one, or display floating text on hovering over images, something akin to this:
