It doesn't matter how deeply you hypnotize them, or how absolute the dronification programming is. When you ask the brainwashed, mindless, identical, obedient drones "Good morning, say it back" there will always be AT LEAST one who thinks it's soooo funny to not follow the obvious instruction.
