I wasn't expecting to find Carney so likeable, but he truly is. He smiles genuinely, easily and often, but not too much. Today, mouthing "never, never, never, never, never", he was in a very serious meeting but he managed to make it playful. I am so happy that we have PM Carney on our side. 🍁
