- this sounds similar to what causes my migraines. Unfortunately consistent stretches have been the only thing to really help so keep up with that even if you're not in pain. Muscle relaxers if you can take them, and heat rub.

- I appreciate that! I've thought about it, but I think they would be a hard sell because the amount of time I spend on them would put them in the art category for pricing, but people don't want to spend more than dollar store or at most Michael's prices for a wreath.
