- Aaaargh. As @deevybee.bsky.social just said: we don't want the NHS to be "exciting" for heaven's sake. It would just be nice if, when I go to A&E with a crucial emergency, they have the capacity to provide emergency dialysis so I don't die.

- My Dad was blue lighted into hospital with a severe stroke 9 weeks ago. There he was treated with skill and consummate professionalism by a team of highly skilled professionals, and since then the care he’s received has been exemplary. To be honest I’d rather never undergo the “exciting” bit again.
