We got into the park, y'all. We're moving in.
Now, some people would consider this a shameful downgrade, or even try to make fun of where C and I live.
Those people are classist bourgeois assholes, and I'd rather live in the worst trailer park than next to them. 🙂
One of the biggest culture shocks of living in California (at least the area where we lived) is that the mobile home parks were where the rich retired people lived. They had clubhouses and pools and some even had golf courses. And $900 lot rent 10+ years ago.
May 15, 2025 14:56This one has a common area with a gorgeous view of the river, beach access including a boat ramp, and idk exactly what else we have access to, but the office is right next to 3 big pools. Last time I was there I took what's now my header pic of a duck chilling by one of them.
