- One of the weirdest side effects of my job and of iPhone facial recognition is searching for a friend & the earliest image is from long before you met.
- Last ice dye — today’s rain helps keep the temperature down, & I really need to get dye off my hands before I travel. But my godson’s shirt needed another hit of dye before that packet gets sent off, & I added a scarf for myself. The other bin is an experiment in shibori-inspired tying.
- I want a world in which everyone feels as safe & secure & celebrated & loved as I do. I want that, perhaps impossibly, especially for my mother, who was hell-bent on ensuring her children — & all children — did not grow up with the deprivation she did.
