- I am volunteering for this event. I wanted to be the marshall with the cattle prod to move the middle aged dude in jeans and NB walking shoes from the 7 minute section of the corral to the back of the pack. (There is nothing wrong with the back of pack. What’s wrong is impeding faster #runners.
- I deleted Duolingo. I was just finding myself more and more annoyed by it. It was becoming an obligation. I need fewer obligations in my life. I’m still gonna use Mango for my Latin lessons. #language

- My legs are absolutely wrecked today. The combination of running, cycling, and yardwork has left them feeling rundown. The massage gun and the scraping tool aren’t helping. My sauna isn’t accessible right now. I may need to take time off when the training block is over. Don’t get old, kids.
- Went out to check the greenhouse, water the lilies I transplanted, & fill the bird feeders and Black Cat was in the driveway. She hissed at me when I stepped off the porch. I am annoyed by this animal. I saw a fisher in the neighborhood. The problem will be solved.

- I slept in until 5:30. I am now behind by 30 minutes. (Surprise!) I’m annoyed with myself.
- Upstate Shuffleboard is fun. I played multiple seasons with the Librarians (TBIO) and was on the board. I even have a tang tattoo.
- I love #sauna culture. I love my sauna. I predict that this will be quickly booked by a particular type of Saratoga County citizen that causes me to generally avoid Saratoga County. I believe in quiet sauna time, beer & water in the sauna, and no clothing in the sauna. Lölly all the time!
