why are these people wearing masks? I don’t really like protestors being masked either. Cops shld never be masked.

So their moms won’t see them, I’d reckon. Also all the other reasons involving shame and being afraid society will see them for who they are.
And it’s hard to be the secret police if your friends and neighbors can get on Facebook and say “always knew that dude joined up for the wrong reasons”
