designers love to talk about empathy but I have witnessed a staggering lack of morals from many designers in tech. guess those paychecks are just worth more

I'm not trying to badmouth former colleagues. it's just that when I see people I once respected climb the corporate ladder into organizations that are perpetuating harm, I feel a deep disappointment and sadness and anger. every time
