- For someone so bright Roberts is so dumb What did he think was going to happen when you give a lifelong crook a “get-out-of-jail-free” card?!!! www.politico.com/news/2025/05...
- So brilliant as a litigator and so terrible at reality.
- NEW: As the chaos at Newark Airport continues, the FAA is losing its leaders to deferred resignations and the Administrator for Airports position remains vacant. And yet, Sec. Duffy deflects blame. Meanwhile, United CEO works with traditional media to scapegoat traumatized workers.
- I guess the road rules didn’t include aviation regulations.
- The nerve of this piece written by anti-Trump republicans is really something. Did you become anti-Trump republicans to win elections? If you did you really failed. So maybe you did it because it was the right ethical decision to make? But then you’re saying it’s wrong for liberals to do that?
- If we were the type of people who find it acceptable to throw the vulnerable under the bus, we would be republicans. Also systemic voter suppression is a much bigger issue.
- I feel like this maybe needs to be said again, louder. There is a difference between SPENDING money and WASTING money. I do not want my government run at a profit BECAUSE IT IS NOT A BUSINESS. That is not what it is FOR.
- We want all of our tax dollars spent. When government spends money, it’s putting those dollars back into the market. It’s paying contractors and conference centers and offices suppliers just as much as any business. We want to be sharing the cost of unprofitable necessities like mail and daycare.
- Man fuck Chuck Schumer.
- PUNCHBOWL: “.. It’s the first time Schumer has ever placed a blanket hold on a set of presidential nominees, as Democrats go all-in to raise alarm about what they say is an unconstitutional arrangement between Trump and Qatar.” @punchbowlnews.bsky.social punchbowl.news/article/sena...

- The number one rule of using personas like this to guide your product or campaign strategy is they have to be based on real research using real people. You can’t just make them up from your gut. Our assumptions are almost always flawed in key ways.
- To be fair it would be funny as hell if Grover Cleveland put the Statue of Liberty in New York for three years and then moved it to his backyard
- …and if it had a hidden antenna to broadcast state secrets to France the whole time.
- the only line you need to read from this article is a quote from the great @tristanl.ee
- There are some useful things it can do as a user-facing app, like summarizing notes, but none of them are really worth the cost of using it at the end of the day.
- Without exaggerating - and I think this is really something - I think that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the stupidest person we have had in a cabinet position this millennium. There might be somebody more obscure under Reagan but post-Clinton I can’t think of anybody who is outright flat fuckin stupider
- Can he even misspell potato
- Gave him a lil hat. 100k special effects can now be done so cheaply.
- Yet it’s the movies with practical effects we still find magical a generation after they’re released.
