- People need to be ready to specifically defend porn and erotica as art. There is nothing that the government does to censor porn that they won’t use on every marginalized group after. Banning porn means banning people of color, queer people, disabled people being depicted in sexual relationships.

- Under agreed upon legal understanding of law as set forth by the Framers. A law is only a law and valid if it is “a good law.” A good law being defined as just and done in good faith, meaning it’s not a trick and not vague. After looking at the summary of this bill. I’d say it’s not a good law.

- I mean the lesson from prohibition is that it doesn’t stop the thing from happening and actually makes the thing considerably worse than before. People will get their porn, alcohol, drugs one way or another, but in ways that could be really, really bad.
