Honest question: Do EU citizens need an ETA to cross the border from Ireland to Northern Ireland?
Probably. The help pages for the ETA are some of the most opaque ever committed to paper. Monkeys could have done a better job. (It's so badly written, it feels almost deliberate.)
But in practice, who would check, where, when and how?
From Gov.UK
However, everyone arriving in the UK, including those entering Northern Ireland, continues to need to enter in line with the UK’s Immigration Rules including obtaining an ETA if they are eligible.
