In the film itself Hermann Gottlieb mentions how the kaiju attacks are happening more regularly until it will be constant is basically a metaphor for climate change. As more extreme weather is happening with more occurance in the real world. #Vtuber #Lore

In Pacific Rim all of humanity worked together to try and prevent their destruction by the Kaiju. Unlike the real world where climate change is happening but most do not care or believe. I guess a Kaiju physically destroying a city is harder to ignore than extreme weather. #Vtuber #Lore

What I find very interesting about the movie is how the kaiju are only able to survive because of human made climate change causing the world to be perfect for them. Thus the humans causing their end but not with extreme weather but giant monsters. #Vtuber #Lore
