- if your desk is too tall, even by an inch, fix it. if your chair is so high you can’t plant your feet on the ground comfortably, even if it’s by an inch, fix it. “oh, but i’m not in any pain, it doesn’t bother me, i feel fine“ that’s just for the time being. you’ll feel fine until you don’t. fix it.
- It's such a pain in the butt to fix it, but it's worth it! I've had to get a height-adjustable desk, monitor stands, one of those keyboard trays you screw onto your desk, and now *finally* I can sit at my desk for longer than like ... an hour lol 1/2
- It's annoying that seemingly all the office chairs are too high up even on the lowest setting though >.> Having a long torso + short legs in comparison = problems with like every ergonomic thing 😅 2/2
- Boah, DHL ist so ein Kackverein! In kürzester Zeit haben die mehrere Pakete einfach ans andere Ende des Landes gekarrt, oder in irgendnem Paketlager verschimmeln lassen, nur um dann zu sagen "Empfänger konnte nicht gefunden werden :)" wtf?? Langsam hat der Scheiß doch echt System!
