Friendly reminder that BFRBs (Body Focused Repetitive Behaviours) are 1000% a thing that is common amongst ADHDers.
May 9, 2025 19:02If you pick, scratch, peel or pull, you're not alone. Part of it may have to do with dopamine (some studies suggest we get a lil' brain boost from resolving a skin/hair thing), or latent hyperactivity that needs to come out...coupled with impulsivity.
