I spent most of my childhood and early adulthood in the West Philly suburbs and the city itself, and I gotta tell you:
The median swing voter in PA is not a moderate--it's a guy whose politics is "go Birds" and "they should leave people alone" and he will vote *sometimes* for whoever seems cooler.
