- You could call it a regional preference, but I feel like I could scientifically prove that coffee is better with chicory root.
- In the 60’s/70’s, the region of Belgium I’m from used to brew coffee with chicory root quite a lot. At least enough that I still remember my mom doing it until the mid 80’s. Usual ratio was 2/3 coffee for 1/3 chicory. That’s how my coffee addiction started, tbh.

- One of the core charms of Big Trouble in Little China is that you have a protagonist-coded white guy who doesn't realize he's the comic relief sidekick in the movie. And I'd strongly argue that this is the core appeal of Han Solo. He's not cool at all, that's why he's fun!

"Listen, Commander Skywalker, you're a great help to the Rebellion and all, but... why is he here again?" "Han and I have been through a lot together. And he said he'll start looking for a job next week!"
