- As a practitioner of evidence-based medicine, I have a duty to point out that the evidence is clear. More gender affirming care, in all forms, equals less dead children. The cost of these heinous acts on transgender children will be human life.

- Doing research at an academic medical center, we participate in a wide variety of NIH funded trials. I fear the next 4 years will set medical research back decades. The medical community has a responsibility to stand up and be vocal about this.
