We need to look after our planet. No to ever expanding aviation. Ardent remainer. Hates everything to do with Brexit. Lives in hope.
- In case you missed it ... Here's the Nobel prize-winning economist Esther Duflo destroying the claim that foreign workers reduce domestic wages. In fact, they actually help UK workers by adding to the talent base and allowing the economy to grow. Getting rid of them just leads to more automation. 🇬🇧🇪🇺
- It is so frustrating hearing sense like this and it all being ignored..
- I miss the London of pre Brexit - buzzy, multi cultural, thriving and happy. I realise though this wasn’t necessarily the experience of people in the north of the country,
- When the Home Secretary is having to argue that the Prime Minister's speech was "completely different to Enoch Powell's", it may be time to pause and reflect on ... lots of things.

- Ahh. I didn’t know that. Thank you. I don’t suppose Starmer’s got an account?
- In case you missed it ... Here's proof that Brexit is directly responsible for the rise in net immigration. The simple truth is that we need foreign workers – and while EU workers generally came alone, workers from further afield need to bring their families with them. Otherwise, they won't come.
- It's funny, in a not very funny way, that millions of people who voted to leave the EU because they wanted to get rid of foreigners are now complaining because we have higher levels of immigration than when the UK was a member state. Proving once again that take back control was complete bollocks.
- Leading Brexiteers like Johnson and Gove should be in prison.
- Starmer has crossed the far-right Rubicon. There's no coming back from this. Progressives owe him nothing anymore. His Blue Labour poison has handed the future to Reform. The only way to stop that is with a new Labour leader and a complete pro-EU reboot. #RejoinEU 🇬🇧🇪🇺
- @teamlabouruk.bsky.social Labour, why aren’t you listening to this? It makes perfect sense. People are leaving Labour in their droves because of your recent policies.Stop the haemorrhaging and get back to the heartland of Labour.Expose Brexit for what it is. Get back into SM as quickly as possible.
- Starmer’s migration speech ‘completely different’ to Enoch Powell’s, says Yvette Cooper
- For a start McSweeney should be fired

- I can’t watch her any more. Appalling Tory bias.
- The Labour government is today opening applications for 30 hours of funded childcare from September. It will apply to all children over 9 months old and will see the current 15 hours increased to 30 hours a week, saving parents £7500 per child. Almost 500k already took up the 15 hours last year.
- Brilliant news to kick off the week. More of this please!
- If only the main stream media would report this…

- Well that will go well then
- This is an important explanation of the government's plans in relation to care worker visas. A major aim is to tackle abuse & exploitation by rogue organisations, 470 who have lost their ability to sponsor workers since 2022. The people they sponsored were left with large debts & mistreated. 1/3
- The MSM is our enemy.
