SCOTUS didn’t even have equitable discretion to vacate Boasberg’s orders b/c he was in the middle of contempt proceedings. You have to have “clean hands.” It would be like a drug dealer filing a complaint because he didn’t get paid. Cannon did the same thing in the documents special master case.

SCOTUS clearly stated that everyone is entitled to due process and that the administration’s actions under the Alien Enemies Act are judicially reviewable.
Why are they even allowing the use of the Alien enemies act? We are not at war, and the Felon is rounding up people without any proof of who they are. This court has emboldened him to continue by not stopping him. I don't see where their ruling stops him. Explain it to me if you wish.
