this college is gonna make me rip my hair out bro, even though my class doesn't start until next month, our website kept telling me i need to have a payment plan set up by the 12th and they send this information A DAY *AFTER* I WOULD'VE BEEN REMOVED FROM CLASSES FOR NOT PAYING??

is lack of proper communication just a common thing with colleges? mine was like this to an infuriating degree about everything you could think of

literally yes. this same year i was waiting forever to see when i'd get my summer financial aid options, i call the fin aid center (after going through several bot menus btw) and someone just tells me i'm not eligible for summer loans. why not just tell me that CRUCIAL information ASAP???

mine decided to wait until the week beforehand to tell me when our graduation payments were due (it's like $300 per student btw) :')

it similarly decided to wait until AFTER one of my semesters was over to tell me that one of my classes was categorized under a different kind of credit and that it wouldn't make it eligible for the dean's list that semester. i was never told about this when i applied for said class.
