- To be pedantic, Grok doesn't "admit" or "know" anything. Grok recycles what sounds plausible - that's how LLMs work. Some of those may be original instructions. Some of them may be conspiracy theories people have proposed. We really don't know. And neither does it.

View full threadYeah I lost it for a few decades and even popped a rib at like 535 on the sled last year, which forced me to put the sled up with one leg (the side that didn't have the popped rib) and I was like, oh, yeah, THAT's how we did it 😅
- It's oddly artificial. Something to do with tendon lengths or mechanical leverage or something. At actual real-world exercises I wasn't that much better than my fellows, e.g. my 3-rep clean was 100kg, which is good, but only 10kg better than the next guy.
- Very nice! I also have the bizarre "infinite leg strength" gene. I don't know what my actual limit was (when I was 18) because I maxed out all the equipment we had. So I just upped the reps. No idea what it is now - I haven't tried in decades. Wasn't interesting any more :-)
