- OK, this is often misunderstood, The dose makes the poison. Glyphosate isn't nearly as poisonous as many other naturally occurring compounds, the issue is how concentrated it is, drinking a whole quart of it would not be healthy, but almost all studies are inconclusive at normal to elevated levels.
