Russia: Starting tonight in preparation for tomorrow's military parade on the Red Square, the 2.5km-radius 'Garden Ring' in the center of Moscow is on complete lockdown. No exit/entry allowed without permits. 100% of the police force will be on duty. Almost all FSB & FSO officers too.
