- Why can't things just remain the medium they were written for. Why can't books just be books, graphic novels as graphic novels, and video games as video games. Why does everything have to be adapted for film, as if that's the "pinnacle" way to experience stories.

- The Sinners was a crazy good movie. I loved the visual expression of the power of music, it felt like a love letter to the blues and to the ways in which music facilitates human connections, all with a dollop of monstrous horror on top.

- Knifepoint Horror has some of the best audio horror stories out there! Otherworld is also kind of a fun one where people share their true supernatural experiences. For audiobooks, I always have to recommend Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman — dark medieval horror ❤️
