- We talk about a crank-realignment and it definitely is happening, I think to some extent the latent axis upon which it’s happening is the belief in One Weird Trick: is there one thing that you can do that renders the need to have states or politics or any of those other imperfect systems obsolete

- This is it right here. I felt this sitting in the theater watching TFA on opening night and it never stopped nagging at me. Like... you can't say the accomplishments of Luke and his friends mattered for nothing in the end and dismiss the people who are appalled by this as just "butthurt fanboys".
