- NEW: The Menendez Brothers re-sentencing hearing will finally take place next week, starting on May 13th. It's expected to last two days in the Van Nuys Courthouse.
- A hearing today was supposed to settle a motion to disqualify the L.A. D.A.'s office, but it was withdrawn. Judge then rejected D.A. Nathan Hochman's second attempt to withdraw prior D.A. George Gascon's motion to have the brothers resentenced. Full story soon.
